the land. During the MySite® phase, you will also
make final selections on your exterior building materials such as
brick color and shingle color. It will be a good idea to incorporate
your landscaper in the MySite® discussions so that you can consider
the best use of the natural topography as a part of the total landscaping
plan.
2. MyFrame®
The
second of the five construction phases, MyFrame® is the phase
designed
for you and your builder to measure initial quality,
assess the building plans and make placement decisions such as:
the location of electrical outlets, plumbing fixtures, lights
and fans. The MyFrame® phase is a great time to think in advance
about how you will live in your new home, where your furniture
will be located, and what conveniences can be built to make your
new home not only distinctive but highly functional. During the
MyFrame® phase you will also make final selections on your interior
features such as countertops, flooring, and bathroom accessories.
It will be a good idea to incorporate your Interior Decorator
to assist you in creating “just the right look”.

MyPicturePerfect®
The third of the five construction phases, MyPicturePerfect®
is the phase where your builder installs all of your design selections
and brings the style of your new home into clear view.

MyFinishingTouch®
The fourth of the five construction phases, MyFinishingTouch®
is the phase where your builder cleans, polishes, and generally
applies all of the finishing touches to your distinctive home.
This phase is characterized by attention to detail and the pursuit
of excellence. Additionally, during this phase, your landscaper
will implement all of the landscaping selections made during
the MySite phase.
5.
MyHome®
The
fifth and final phase of construction is where you experience
the full measure of the MyHome quality and value. During this
phase your home is completed. It is distinctively you. At this
point, you are ready to call this home, “My Home”.
Every detail of your home will be reviewed with you as well as
your MyHome Builders Warranty that is designed to ensure product
excellence.
